Roy Joseph has 25 years of experience at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. in Finance and Information Technology, gaining expertise in FMCG business processes and IT project management through nine diverse roles in Bangalore, Delhi, and Singapore. He was part of key IT projects that transformed ways of working within the company, five of which received top management awards. He is passionate about road safety and enjoys reading, travelling, and bird photography.

Ravishankar Bale graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and built a career in Project Management for the Energy Sector across India, the Middle East, and North America. After retirement, he returned to Mysuru in 2022 and is actively engaged with a variety of NGOs.

Prabha Nandish, born and raised in the Mysuru district, completed her PUC and subsequent Teacher’s Training. She was initially a homemaker, and later she became one of the founder and active member of ‘Parisara Balaga Mysuru (Environment Group) in 2019.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as a ‘Corona Warrior’ throughout Mysuru. She helped numerous individuals and families suffering from the corona virus by arranging medical equipment, oxygen, and food kits.
Currently, she is associated with several NGOs, including MGP, working as a social activist. Alongside this, she dedicates time to pursue her other personal interests.

Major General S.G. Vombatkere (Retd.) served in the Indian Army for 35 years, retiring in 1996. Since retirement, he has been active as a civic affairs and environment protection activist, pursuing cases on public interest issues in the High Court and Supreme Court. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (Structural Dynamics) from IIT Madras and has published widely on development, strategy, and civic affairs.

T.R. Ravindran (born 28 May 1950, Trichy) built a distinguished career with Indian Railways, leading critical communication systems including Train Traffic Control, automated announcements, and train display networks, with international service in Iraq under RITES. A strong advocate for workers rights, he led labour unions and served as a DRUCC member. Post-retirement, he serves as a Rotarian and MGP EC member, supporting education and financial aid for the underprivileged.

Ravichandra Bekal has over 45 years of senior management experience at Engineering, FMCG, and Electronics MNCs including Nestle, Wuerth Elektronik, L&T, and Kirloskar, in roles such as Director, CHRO, and Head of Human Resources in India and abroad. He currently works as a Management Consultant in Greenfield development, OD, and Mentorship, and teaches at prestigious B-Schools in India.

Mr Ashvini Ranjan is the Founder Trustee of Pratham Mysore NGO. A post graduate from the University of Mysore. Started his career as a teacher in Political Science at Mysore University before venturing into business of manufacturing stationery and office products. Along with wife Shashi, founded Pratham Mysore during 2002 and until 2019 served as Managing Trustee. Besides overseeing general administration and everyday issues, he was into strategic planning, analysis and expansion of programmes. After stepping down from being the Managing Trustee, he continues to drive new programs.
